QIGONG LEVEL 7

Small and Grand Circulation
Make a Reservation YMAA Boston, Boston, MA - February 28th - March 1st, 2009
The purpose of this seminar is to lead an experienced Qigong practitioner into the in-depth field of Qigong practice. Usually it will take more than three years of accurate practice to complete the Small and Grand Circulations. Therefore, it is impossible to lead a participant step by step until he or she completes the training.

Theoretically, in order to rebuild the strength of the physical body and also to bring the spirit to a higher and enlightened level, a Qigong practitioner should learn how to fill up the Qi in the Qi vessels to a more abundant level. Only then, will he or she have sufficient Qi to reconstruct the physical body and nourish the brain cells in order to raise up the spirit of vitality. Small and Grand Circulation is the root of the Muscle/Tendon and Marrow/Brain Washing Qigong Practice.
