Qigong is the ancient art of using the mind to naturally develop the body's Qi (energy) for improved health and longevity. How does practicing Qigong help maintain health and increase longevity? Although designed to help a beginner understand the basic concepts of Qigong from scratch, this seminar can also be beneficial to experienced Qigong practitioners because they can draw on and learn from Dr. Yang's personal experiences and practice.
