YMAA News is a quarterly newsletter and e-zine published since September 1986. It was designed to provide current information about YMAA International, and to promote knowledge about Martial Arts, Qigong, Health and Healing, and Meditation. Each issue features a foreword by
Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming, and articles by guest writers. It also includes many important announcements, events, and new product releases from YMAA Publication Center.
